SERVICES PROVIDED FOR BAPTISMS
1. The video opens with a photo montage of up to 30 pictures of the baby and family, custom edited to the music of your choice.
2. At the location of the ceremony: Outside, we film the arrival of the family and guests. Inside, we film the entire ceremony.
Following the ceremony we film the photo session and finally the departure from the Church.
3. At the reception: We start with establishing shots and arrivals, film the room, decorations, cocktail hour, blessing, toasts, speeches, cutting of cake, and most dances of the evening.
We interview family and friends on camera and we stay UNTIL THE VERY END, the end being when the music stops. This should be very important to you, because many times
a lot of interesting things happen towards the very end of the evening.
There are no overtime charges.
4. Special finishing touch. The video will conclude with a re-cap of approximately five to seven minutes of highlights, custom edited to appropriate music.
5. Price for ceremony and reception : $850.00
Price includes one edited and one unedited DVD (or VHS tapes if you prefer).
Ceremony only $500.00 .
OPTIONAL SERVICES
6. Big screen presentation at reception:
Photo montage of approximately 60 pictures $400.00 .
NOTE: We provide the projector, the screen and our own sound system.
7. Additional DVD’s or tapes, for either North America or converted for any other country around the world: $50.00.
8. The digital master tape is available for $75.00 (This is the equivalent of purchasing
the negatives from your photographer).
9. Our filming is done with 3 chip low light digital cameras and our editing is done on
digital non-linear editing systems. This provides for the highest possible quality.
10. Our videographers are well dressed, unobtrusive, carry back-up equipment and we have a back-up video operator on standby.
11. Custom music editing: Choose from our large selection, or provide your own.
12. All of our DVD’S and tapes are delivered with custom designed labels and cases.
13. Highlights from your baptism can be hosted on our website at no additional charge.
