SERVICES PROVIDED FOR WEDDINGS
1. The video opens with a photo montage of up to 30 pictures of the bride and groom growing up, and together during their courtship, custom edited to the music of your choice.
2. The parents are introduced with their pictures.
3. Our carefully chosen graphics will include the names of all the members of the wedding party.
4. At the location of the ceremony: Outside we film the arrival of the bride, groom, family and guests. Inside we film the entire ceremony, using wireless mic’s as necessary for audio. If there is a suitable location for a second camera, we will run a stationery unmanned camera. There is no additional charge for this service.
Following the ceremony we film the photo session and finally the departure of the wedding party. If there is a photo session at some other location prior to the reception (such as a park or garden) we cover that as well, again, for no additional charge.
5. At the reception: We start with establishing shots and arrivals, film the room, decorations, cocktail hour, introduction of wedding party, prayer, toasts, speeches, first dance, cutting of cake, throwing of the bridal bouquet and garter, plus most dances of the evening. We interview family and friends on camera and we stay UNTIL THE VERY END, the end being when the music stops. This should be very important to you, because many times a lot of interesting things happen towards the very end of the evening. There are no overtime charges.
6. Special finishing touch. The video will conclude with a re-cap of approximately five to seven minutes of highlights and up to ten pictures of the honeymoon, custom edited to appropriate music.
7. Price for ceremony and reception : $1,350.00 (Friday weddings $ 1,250.00).
December through April $150.00 discount. Downtown weddings add $50.00.
Price includes one edited and one unedited DVD (or VHS tapes if you prefer).
Ceremony only $600.00 . Reception only $750.00 ($550.00 & $700.00 on Fridays).
OPTIONAL SERVICES
8. Filming the bride and/or the groom at their homes (or any other location) getting ready for the wedding: $225.00 per location.
9. Two camera coverage (using a second camera operator):
A) Ceremony only, add $400.00 . B) Ceremony & Reception, add $900.00
10. Big screen presentation at reception:
A) Photo montage of approximately 60 pictures $500.00 .
B) Love Story (Video of the couple taped before the wedding) $700.00.
C) Add highlights from your ceremony (time permitting) to either of the previous two packages, add $200.00.
NOTE: We provide the projector, the screen and our own sound system.
12. Additional DVD’s or tapes, for either North American or converted for any other
country around the world: $50.00.
13. The digital master tape is available for $75.00 (This is the equivalent of purchasing the negatives from your photographer).
14. Our filming is done with 3 chip low light digital cameras and our editing is done on digital non- linear editing systems. This provides for the highest possible quality.
15. Our videographers are well dressed, unobtrusive, carry back-up equipment and we have a back-up video operator on standby.
16. Custom music editing: Choose from our large selection, or provide your own.
17. All of our edited DVD’S and tapes are delivered with custom designed labels and cases.
18. Highlights from your wedding could be hosted on our website within a month from the wedding day for $150.00. We will keep them for a minimum of 2 months.
